กองทัพอากาศ (ทอ.) ระบุว่า.. ได้ตรวจพบความพยายามในการใช้โดรนบินสำรวจที่ตั้งทางทหารและหน่วยงานราชการจำนวนมากในหลายพื้นที่ที่สำคัญของประเทศไทย ซึ่งถือเป็นภัยร้ายแรงที่ส่อให้เห็นถึงความพยายามในการสอดแนม เพื่อกระทำการสิ่งใดสิ่งหนึ่งที่เป็นอันตรายต่อโครงสร้างพื้นฐานทางทหารและอาจรวมถึงโครงสร้างพื้นฐานพลเรือน เจ้าหน้าที่ฝ่ายทหารและหน่วยงานด้านความมั่นคงที่ได้รับมอบหมาย มีอำนาจในการใช้ระบบ Anti Drone ในการทำลายเป้าหมายได้ทันที และผู้ที่กระทำผิด จะเข้าข่ายความผิดฐานจารกรรม/สายลับ ที่กระทบต่อความมั่นคงแห่งราชอาณาจักร มีบทลงโทษรุนแรง ถึงขั้นจำคุกตลอดชีวิตหรือประหารชีวิต 

ปัจจุบัน สถานการณ์ความขัดแย้งระหว่าง ไทย-กัมพูชา ยังคงต้องเฝ้าระวัง โดรนคือภัยคุกคามที่ร้ายแรงและส่งผลกระทบต่อความมั่นคงและชีวิตประชาชน กองทัพอากาศจึงขอความร่วมมือประชาชนทุกท่านที่พบเห็นหรือทราบเบาะแสเกี่ยวกับการบินของโดรน รวมทั้งผู้ที่บังคับโดรน ที่อาจฝ่าฝืนกฎหมายได้แจ้งสายด่วนความมั่นคง 1374 หรือหน่วยงานราชการใกล้เคียง ได้ตลอด 24 ชม.

The Royal Thai Air Force (RTAF) reports the detection of numerous attempts to use drones for surveillance over critical military installations and government agencies in various important areas of Thailand. This is considered a severe threat, indicative of espionage attempts to carry out actions harmful to military infrastructure and potentially civilian infrastructure.

Authorized military personnel and designated security agencies are empowered to use Anti-Drone Systems to immediately destroy such targets. Furthermore, offenders will be subject to charges of espionage/being a spy, which impacts the security of the Kingdom and carries severe penalties, including life imprisonment or the death penalty.

Currently, the conflict situation between Thailand and Cambodia continues to require vigilance. Drones pose a serious threat that impacts national security and the lives of citizens. Therefore, the Royal Thai Air Force requests the cooperation of all citizens who observe or have information regarding drone flights, including those operating drones in potential violation of the law, to report to the National Security Hotline 1374 or nearby government agencies, available 24 hours a day. ...
